1/16/2012 8:33:27 PM well i have a 1996 silverado ext cab 2wd 5.7 vortec and i just got it and the tranny is new i have paperwork and all. but the engine has over 212000 miles on it and i just purchased some pacesetter long tube headers and a trick flow cold air intake. but i really want to engine rebuild kits before i put all the extras on this high millage engine. so any suggestions would be nice. my budget is about $3000 labor and all, and my goal is to get about 300hp to the wheels and i will have a certified mechanic do all the work and this is my daily driver. and should i think about gears??? thanks guys! |

1/16/2012 8:24:52 PM I`ve almost got the cash together to order my new 17x9 pro comp steel wheels. And Im wondering what kind of back spacing I can go with??? They`ve got 4.5", 3.5", & 2.5" Back Spacing... I want the wheels to stick out as far as possible but Im not sure if running the 17x9 w/2.5 BS is good for my truck...I have a rcx 6" lift with keys cranked 1.5" and leaf springs soo Im sitting at 7.5" lift in front and 8.5" in back. |

1/9/2012 8:03:56 PM I just ordered a 20" Lil Fin from arcane. I was wondering what trucks and wheels would compliment a mini setup. From what I read, I am leaning towards Tracker RTS/X for my setup. I`ve never had a mini and the smallest board I have ridden is a 38" pintail with R150`s.I also heard that the Bennett 4.3`s are pretty good as well. I have no idea what size/type of wheels to get. I plan on using the mini as a small commuter board around campus when I don`t feel like taking my bigger boards. It should be setup to do alot of people slaloming. Thanks for the help, Hans ____________________ rim and tire package |

1/9/2012 7:20:02 PM Hey guys so recently I been driving around and after awhile my front right and back left empi wheel will squeak a bit just while cruising around. Well I popped my center caps off and two or there lug nuts were strait up loose so I tightened em back down and go on with my day. Well the process repeats itself every couple days. Just kind of wondering if I need new lug nuts possibly or if its something bigger than that? |

1/2/2012 10:08:40 PM Was wondering if anyone has made a automobile part custom bumper that still has a step but looks good? Want one that sticks out like a stock bumper cuz I have duals out the back and if it was a flush roll pan I would have to cut the pipes back so the tips didn`t stick out so far. If anyone can help me out it would be great.. |
